2023 – 11th edition of Rabelais The 36 winners of the 2023 class were rewarded on September 27, 2023, at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris. Held on September 27, 2023 at the Maison de la Mutualité, in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, the 11th Rabelais Young Talents of Gastronomy ceremony rewarded 36 young professionals.
