A unique opportunity to recognize their work and encourage them to constantly innovate and progress.

The event’s organizer, the  General Confederation of Food Retail (CGAD),  intends to highlight French gastronomic culture, a true national heritage recognized throughout the world.

Like Rabelais, one of the most inventive and prolific authors in French literature, the 32 laureates awarded share audacity, creativity, a passion for enterprise and fantasy. They have a high opinion of their profession.

At the Grand Rex in Paris, the 32 Laureates are waiting in a state of excitement mixed with apprehension. The evening promises to be full of emotions. This year, the Minister of Labor Murielle Pénicaud will be there again. 1,000 people are expected to participate in the event. To promote the return to authentic products, a festive staging has been imagined around an old-fashioned table hosted by the actor François Berléand, who will bring a theatrical touch and conviviality.
